Hey everyone, get ready for an adventure! We’re about to jump into a super exciting book of the Bible called Numbers! Now, when you hear "Numbers," you might think of math class, right? And guess what? You're kind of on the right track! The Book of Numbers is like a giant family photo album, but instead of pictures, it’s full of numbers and stories about a HUGE family – the people of Israel!
Imagine you’re going on a really, really, REALLY long trip - like, wandering in the wilderness for almost your whole life! That’s what happened to the Israelites after they left Egypt. The Book of Numbers tells us all about their amazing, sometimes bumpy, journey.
In this unit, we're going to become Wilderness Explorers! We'll discover:
• How many people were in this giant family (get ready for some BIG numbers!).
• What it was like traveling through the desert - it wasn't always easy!
• Amazing things God did to help them - like sending food from the sky and water from rocks!
• And some of the grumbles and giggles they had along the way – because even big families have their moments!
We’ll be doing lots of fun, hands-on activities, games, and crafts to bring these stories to life. So get ready to pack your imaginary bags and join me on a journey through the Book of Numbers! Let's become true Numbers Navigators together!
